You can park alongside Foothill Blvd, or find public parking. There's a big public parking lot across the street from us on A St.

Wear comfortable clothing that'll allow you to move. Closed-toed shoes are a must, unless you're doing yoga. With Jiu-jitsu you can be barefoot or in socks, and for wrestling you need wrestling shoes.

Depending on the amount of credits you have, you can try all 5 disciplines and classes that we offer: boxing, jiu-jitsu, strength + conditioning, yoga and wrestling!

Lightly! Make sure not to overdo it, yet we also want you to enjoy your workout and not be hangry.

Water bottle! We have refillable water stations, or sell water and Gatorade. You should also bring your own wraps and gloves if you're boxing, or we sell them at the front desk if you need them.

On a contract, you are locked in for 12 months of payment on autopay with a card on file, whereas a month-to-month membership only gets renewed when you're ready to renew after your month is up; there is no autopay.

Yes, you have to give a 60-day notice. In other words, if you cancel your contract you'll have to pay two more invoices and then your contract will be terminated.

You'll have 55 minutes of 1-1 training with a coach of your chosen discipline. We offer personal training in boxing, jiu-jitsu, strength + conditioning, yoga and wrestling.
