Women’s Boxing at Osorio Training Center is about learning real skills, building confidence, and feeling strong; mentally and physically. Whether you’re here for fitness, self-defense, or to try something new, this class gives you space to challenge yourself and grow at your own pace.
This class is beginner-friendly, and like all of our classes, everything scales up so you can keep progressing as you get stronger and more confident.

Women’s Boxing is a great place to start if you’re new to boxing or prefer training in a women-focused environment. Coaches keep things supportive, technical, and challenging at every level.

Do I need boxing experience to join?
Is this class only for beginners?
No. While it’s great for beginners, the class scales up so more experienced students can keep progressing.
Do I have to spar?
No. Sparring is never required and is always optional with coach approval.
What should I bring?
Gloves, hand wraps, water, and comfortable workout clothes.
