Morning Boxing is an all-levels class built for anyone who wants to train early. Whether you’re a beginner learning the basics or an experienced boxer getting extra rounds in, this class gives you focused training in a smaller, morning-time setting.
Like all of our classes, everything scales up, so beginners and advanced students can train together at the right pace.

What gear do I need?
Gloves, hand wraps, and water. A towel is recommended.
Is sparring included in Morning Boxing?
Yes, sometimes there is morning sparring depending on attendance, but only with coach discretion and only between experienced boxers with valid USA boxing memberships and gear.
